The Moran language was spoken in Upper Assam until the beginning of the 20th century. What we know about it depends entirely on P.R.T. Gurdon’s paper, published in 1904 in the Journal of the Asiatic Society of Bengal, vol. 73, 36-48. This paper can be found here, on pdf format.
